What is a tincture?


A tincture is a concentrated herbal extract used to support internal wellness and overall balance.


How is it made?


Tinctures are made by steeping dried herbs in alcohol (vodka) over a minimum of 6 weeks to extract their beneficial properties.


How do I take it?


Typical use is 1-2 drops per day diluted in water or tea. Start low and adjust if comfortable.These are not intended to diagnose or treat medical conditions.
